2 Purpose of the Policy
This policy aims to:

ethical, and transparent manner
- Define donor categories and corresponding treatment
- Ensure mutual respect, accountability, and independence

Protect the humanitarian, non-political, and youth-led character
of YSSAF
3 Donor Categories
To ensure fairness and transparency, donors shall be categorized
based on contribution pattern, not influence.
3.1 Donation-Based Categories
A. Contribution Frequency

Monthly Donor: Provides a fixed or flexible
donation every month

Quarterly Donor: Donates once every three
months
- Half-Yearly Donor: Donates twice a year
- Annual Donor: Donates once a year

One-Time Donor: Makes a single voluntary
contribution
B. Recognition-Based Categories
Amounts shall be decided by the Executive Committee and reviewed
annually.

- Access to activity updates and reports
4.2 Category-Specific Recognition & Treatment

- Digital appreciation certificate
- Name listed in donor acknowledgment records
- Periodic activity updates
🥇 Gold Donor
- Printed or digital appreciation certificate
- Public acknowledgment on social media or reports
- Invitation to major programs as an observer
💎 Diamond Donor
- Special recognition certificate
- Priority invitation to foundation events
- Name inclusion in annual report (with consent)

4.3 Ethical Boundaries

Donors may reasonably expect:
- Honest and transparent use of funds
- Ethical and non-political operations
- Regular updates on supported activities
- Proper recognition (unless anonymity is requested)
6 Donor Responsibilities
Donors are expected to:
